The Cool Chef Challenge offers students local high schools professional training in garde manger, the art of carved and decorative foods. Culminating in a competitive exhibition event at a high-traffic local venue, we spotlight their creations, sparking greater community interest.
Public voting determines the winners, and an awards ceremony will be held to recognize
our students, our schools, our Instructors, and the winning creations.
This event introduces a new model for building community and generating revenue for
school Culinary & Art departments, while sharing student creations with a wider audience,
building stronger community support.
These programs are built to harness nonprofit and sponsorship resources, creating fun and memorable
win-win-win events for everyone involved.
