Sand Sculpture
Sand sculpture incorporates water to bind grains, techniques like compacting in forms to create solid blocks, and tools for carving.

Designs often integrate elements from company logos to high art, and there is a vast range of sand from which to choose: from beach sand to construction sand to specialized imported sand for finer detail.

Culinary & Horticulture
Garde manger (French for "keeper of the food") refers to the art, station, and chef responsible
for preparing cold foods. Focusing on
presentation and intricate plating,
and often involving decorative elements. ​
A vital but often unseen part of culinary arts, requiring skill in knife work, charcuterie,
and artistic arrangement.
